Sweetwater Logistics

Good morning from Sweetwater Logistics.

First and foremost, we hope everyone is staying healthy out there.

We are still open and operational, albeit with a reduced staff. Our neighboring county has mandated a “Shelter in Place” ordinance and we assume that Union County (where SWL is located) will follow suit in the coming days. Per this ordinance, we are considered an Essential Infrastructure Business and allowed to stay open. Our employees have a letter giving them permission to commute to and from work freely.

As a reminder, our orders are still going out in a timely manner but continue to suggest our clients be prepared for some delays in the coming days.

Some of the precautions we are taking here at Sweetwater Logistics are the following:

  • Increased sanitation protocols
  • No on-site visitors
  • No employee can report to work if they are showing symptoms
  • Drivers stay in their truck while waiting to load/unload goods

If you have an urgent matter and you are not getting a swift response via email, please understand we have all hands-on deck and team members may be on the floor picking or packing orders to be sure they are processed timely. If this is the case, please feel free to call the warehouse directly at (980) 225-1500.

Thank you for your continued support and business. We are happy to support the supply chain that is essential to winning the fight against COVID-19.
